Description

Word Majoon is derived from Ijn, which means to mix. In this preparation powder of drugs is mixed well in Qiwam (Basic Solution of Particular consistency) of sugar or Asl (Honey). Majoon Suranjan contains meadow saffron, a source of colchicine which gives a protective effect against inflammation and rheumatism and exhibits anti-arthritic activity due to the interplay between its anti-inflammatory and disease modifying activities.
